Tutoring sessions are scheduled manually after you submit a request.
Sam reviews your goals and availability, then follows up to confirm times.
Is there an automatic booking calendar?
No – scheduling is handled personally so lessons stay flexible and customized.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes. Please note that failure to reschedule within 24 hours may incur a fee
Payments
How do I pay for tutoring?
Payments are handled via an electronic invoicing software platform. All Invoices will be sent directly to the client’s email.
Are subscriptions available?
Some services (like 3-month agreements) use subscriptions, but tutoring is
arranged separately. You may also subscribe to our newsletter to receive
updates.
Digital Delivery
How are study plans and digital materials delivered?
Digital downloads and study plans are sent electronically after checkout.
How long does it take to receive a curated study plan?
Most plans are delivered within 3–5 business days after submission and payment.
What if I don’t receive my files?
Check your email (including spam).
If nothing appears, contact Sam and the files will be resent.
